Ogrodowa Street in Lódz - just opposite a crowded shopping center, a state-of-the-art museum and a posh hotel - is where some of the city's poorest live, completely forgotten by the world. A heart-warming and funny portrait of people excluded from the mainstream of social life; people who might be more capable of sacrifice and love than those who pushed them to the sidelines of society.

 A diverse and changing "up and coming" neighborhood in the City of Baltimore with easy 15-20 minute commute to downtown Penn Station area. People joke that it is where Canton neighborhooders move when they have a kid.  The neighborhood is affordable, more space, older homes that need fixing, and yards...real yards.

A few of the old neighborhooders got together today and stories, laughs, memories were shared. It was a wonderous evening with great food and the best company. We will do this again, and again and again hopefully getting the entire gang out here one day. My thanks to all that came and brought goodies to share!

Krzysztof Ptak (3 April 1954 – 19 August 2016) was a Polish cinematographer. Ptak was born in Sulejów in 1954. He graduated from the National Film School in Łódź in 1980 and began his film career by making documentaries.
